Enclosed is a deposit toward the purchase of a Carter Aviation Technologies aircraft. I understand that the deposit will be transfered to the first manufacturer in my category upon my written approval and will always remain refundable upon my written request at any time until 30 days after I receive certified written notification of a firm delivery date and final price. Should I not respond within 30 days to the notification of delivery date and final price, my deposit will be returned and I forfeit my production number. I understand Carter Aviation Technologies plans to partner with other manufacturing companies, and that my production number will be acquired by the first manufacturer in each category of aircraft. I also understand that my production number is not transferable to any other party.

• 4-Place Kit version prop ($500 deposit)
• 4-Place Certified version prop ($1,000 deposit)
• 4-Place Kit version jet ($1,000 deposit)
• 4-Place Certified version jet ($2,000 deposit)

I also understand my deposit will be placed in an escrow fund and will not be withdrawn for any reason except for refund or upon my approval to be applied toward the purchase price of the above reserved aircraft. The interest on the deposit will be used by Carter Aviation Technologies for escrow and administrative costs, and is not refundable.
