Links to the video are below, with different versions available depending on your operating system & Internet connection speed. For most users, we recommend the "Windows Media Video - High Quality" version, but expect it to take several minutes to download even with a broadband connection. If you want to save the videos to your computer, right click and choose "Save Target As..." or the corresponding option on your browser.

Most computers will come with the appropriate software already installed & configured to play these videos. But if you do need a video playing program, two popular ones are Windows Media Player and Apple Quick Time.
