Doing Business with Carter

Although Carter is open to any and all relationships that provide a win for our partners as well as our shareholders, we currently have two primary business models — Technology Licensing and Joint Venture Partnerships.


Technology Licensing

Under this model, Carter provides a technology license and know-how technical support for a defined field of use, product, and territory to the licensee. In return, Carter would receive upfront license fees and/or royalties based on future sales.   Read More. . .


Joint Venture Partnerships

This business approach involves development of a new entity (JV) with one or more development partners. Carter provides a no-cost license and technical support to the JV.
