- ) PAV with Canopy Open

The canopy on Carter's new PAV will tilt forward to allow easy access to the cockpit and cargo area for loading. The large window area provides increased visibility for both pilot and passengers.
- ) Fuselage with MT Propeller

Initial flight-testing of the PAV will be done using a stock MT Propeller. Carter collects data and then compares performance figures between stock equipment and Carter technology designs. A Carter designed prop will be used in final flight-tests of the PAV.

- ) Horizontal/Vertical Stabilizers

A horizontal stabilizer and three vertical stabilizers are supported by the single tail boom. The center stabilizer is positioned in the prop slipstream for optimum control.
