Due to the incidence which damaged the aircraft during the first flight tests at Olney, TX, September 24, 1998 press release, it was decided to conduct the balance of Phase I runway flight testing on as long of a runway as practical. Sheppard Air Force Base is located nearby and has such a runway. The only problem is, that due to the high traffic during the weekdays, it is only available to us during the weekend. This weekend window will force delays on the remainder of our Phase I flight testing, but will assure a much safer and productive environment in which to conduct our testing.
